The Master's program Strategic Management at Tilburg University focuses on understanding complex business challenges and developing strategies that create long-term value for organizations. The one-year program combines strategic thinking with analytical skills and practical applications, preparing students to work on strategic challenges within different types of organizations.
The program currently offers three specialized tracks: Business Development, Consultancy, and Leadership. Each track provides a different perspective on strategic management.
The Business Development track focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing business models, and creating value in a changing business environment. The Consultancy track focuses on solving strategic challenges and developing the analytical, consulting, and communication skills needed to advise organizations. The Leadership track focuses on leading people, making strategic decisions, influencing stakeholders, and driving change within organizations.
Across the program, students develop their ability to analyze organizations and their environments, identify opportunities and challenges, and translate insights into strategic decisions. The program also has a strong connection with business practice through real-world cases, practical assignments, and guest lectures.

Asset | Operations & Innovation provides Strategic Management students with opportunities to connect their studies to the business world and explore different career paths.
Through activities such as the Strategy Dinner, Consultancy Days, and Speeddating events with companies, you can meet professionals and organizations and gain a better understanding of the different career opportunities within strategy and consulting.
Our activities also provide opportunities to connect with fellow students outside the classroom. Whether you are interested in consultancy, business development, leadership, or another strategic field, Asset offers different ways to expand your network and gain experience.
